Quickstart

Run your first model from the console or with one API call.

In the console

Sign in with Google, Microsoft or GitHub.
Open a model from Explore, for example Coronary Angiography.
Drop the study into Files: a DICOM folder, a patient CD export (DICOMDIR), a zip, or many single files.
Optional: under Additional settings, switch on Draft report (+$0.02) or add clinical context.
Press Run (⌘↵). Stages stream live, and the result opens section by section.

With the API

Create a key in Settings → API Keys and export it:

export MEDRUN_KEY="mr_test_…"

Upload the study and submit a request:

The response is the request with its id and status. Follow it with GET /v1/requests/{id} or its event stream, and read output when it has succeeded. Test keys (mr_test_…) run on the mock path for free, which is handy for integration tests.
