Questions
What does one request cost?
Each request has one price, whatever sections the result contains. Some prices follow the size of the study: a coronary angiography request is priced by the number of cine frames analysed. The only add-on is the optional draft report.
Why is a larger amount held while a request runs?
When the price depends on the study size, the highest tier is held at submit. When the run completes you are charged the tier of what was actually analysed, and the rest is released.
What is a credit?
Credits are prepaid US dollars: a $0.12 run uses $0.12 of your balance. Your balance and every hold and charge are in Settings → Credits.
When am I charged?
Credits are held when a request starts and charged when it completes. Requests whose input is rejected (for example, no usable images) are released and not charged.
Can balance top up automatically?
Yes. Set a threshold and an amount in Settings → Credits; MedRun charges your saved card when the balance falls below the threshold.
Are there volume prices?
Credit tiers raise concurrency limits for larger teams. Talk to us for hospital-wide agreements.
Prices are listed in USD. See the API docs or llms.txt for machine-readable details.
