Left subdural hematoma, trauma head CT

Public CQ500 study 155 (qure.ai, de-identified at source) as received: a 5 mm and a 0.625 mm series of a GE scanner with 8.5° gantry tilt. The 5 mm soft-kernel series is read; a left subdural collection is found, outlined on every slice and measured (39.2 mL, 11.7 mm thick), the other four compartments are stated absent, triage is critical, and the Brain Trauma Foundation > 10 mm threshold guidance follows; with a draft report. The three CQ500 readers called a subdural hemorrhage with midline shift.
