Both eyes, two fields each, moderate NPDR in the left eye

One visit from the public DeepDRiD set (held out from every network): a disc-centred and a macula-centred JPEG of each eye, without DICOM headers. The read finds the side and field of every photo from the optic disc and fovea, grades image quality, and grades each eye: right eye no apparent retinopathy (DESP R0 M0, annual recall), left eye moderate non-proliferative DR (DESP R1 M0, routine referral because it is referable by ICDR), with lesion overlays.
